Our Business

Dr. Pfeffer purchased Northwest Optometry in Sparta in 2010 with the intention of providing convenient, local eyecare to area families.

In early 2008 Northwest Optometry settled into a newly renovated 1600 square foot office across from Family Fare.

Our staff of technicians provide you with the combined optical experience of over 22 years.

If you've been dissatisfied with your eyecare in the past, please make the change to Northwest Optometry.  It will be worth your time.

Who We Are

Dr. Pfeffer attended Western Michigan University for three years before being accepted at the Indiana University School of Optometry for her graduate work.  She graduated in 2005 with a Doctor of Optometry degree.   Her training included VA Hospitals in Pensacola Fl, and Huntington WV, as well as in Bloomington Indiana IU clinic and, Guanajuato Mexico IU clinic.  Dr. Pfeffer was honored with the Boucher Communications New O.D. Award in 2005.  She is a member of the Michigan Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity).
